別刷りの注文について問い合わせが来た。私がfirst authorだけどcorresponding authorがフィリップになっているので、連絡がフィリップのところに行っている。5月18日にフィリップのところにproof-readingと別刷り請求書のメールが行って（この時点で転送してほしかったのだけど…）、5月31日に別刷り注文書を送ってくれ、という催促のメールがいって、そのメールが今日フィリップから転送されてきた。Reprint order form といっしょに、Institutional Purchase Order を送ってくれ、ということになっている。事務に聞いたら、そういう処理は今までしたことがなく、Invoiceを送ってもらえば支払いができるということだった。とりあえず、先方にその旨を伝えた。

Our institution does not support the payment method of "institutional purchase order." Nor can our institution issue cheque. If you can send me an invoice with the information of your bank account, our institution can purchase the reprints by bank transfer. That is the only way that our institution can purchase something. Please send me invoice. This is the information necessary.
